Your profile

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Act as the point of contact between Head of Sales and Marketing based in Germany, and management team, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Deal with phone calls, correspondence and emails.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage Head’s calendar and set up meetings and appointments.
  • Remind the Head of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Help with travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Paper work
  • Format information for internal and external communication — memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Compile and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Help with Lead Generation
  • Support in organizing events and conferences.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the Head.
  • Has strong communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Is organized and a self-starter; able to scope projects and drive initiatives
  • Is able to prioritize and quickly adapt to changing environment and competing priorities
  • Strong written communication skills in business German
Will be a big Plus
  • Experience in the IT-sphere
  • Any Sales-Related business experience (Sales, Business Development, Engagement, Marketing, Lead Generation, Customer Support)
  • Experience working with any CRM
  • Start - ASAP
